When you make a donation, contact the temple or join Devotee Corner, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, message and PAN where supplied for receipts. We also record basic website visit information to understand use of the site.

Your information helps us process donations, issue receipts and answer enquiries. If you explicitly join Devotee Corner, we may use your date of birth for birthday greetings and optional birthday seva or donation invitations, and your selected contact details for festival reminders and temple updates by WhatsApp, email or SMS. Donating alone does not enrol you in marketing communications. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Online payments are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Access is limited to authorised temple administrators.

Devotee Corner updates are opt-in. You may withdraw permission for future WhatsApp, email or SMS messages, or request correction or deletion of your details, by contacting the temple using the information below. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or legal purposes.
